Biography
Barbara Szubinska (born 1934)
She studied at the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw under the supervision of prof. Stanislaw Szczepanski and prof. Artur Nacht-Samborski, where she obtained her diploma in 1958. She was associated with the group "Rekonesans", she also took part in the retrospectives of the group, including on the exhibition at the Zacheta Gallery in 1994. She held the position of a professor at the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw.
