Biography
Fanny de la Roncière is a young urban artist. Born in 1983, after having lived in several European cities, it is in her workshop in Paris where she creates her work. These cities and regions have marked, influenced and even defined her art. Bretagne where she was born, Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, Cadiz, Valencia, London, Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo are just some of the places that have inspired her artistic interpretation.
She has understood the plurality of the urban landscapes she has discovered. Fanny de la Roncière made her debut in Brussels in 2009 a series of exhibitions with the theme "Come in my city." The exhibition continued in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, London and finally Paris just to mention some of the main ones.
It is a mixed universe that defines the artist's creations: Illustration, painting and graphics on surprising supports (Used tea bags, drinks coasters, wood) where the line flirts with the shape. She uses, with ease, many everyday life elements in her art. Fanny de la Roncière has taste for detail and accuracy, an affluence that embodies a meditation of the world that surrounds us.
