Isabelle Bartoli

Born in: 1969

Isabelle Bartoli is a contemporary artist born in 1969, of Corsican origin.

As a teenager she chose painting as artistic activity, using various techniques: drawing, charcoal, oil painting and acrylic.

Isabelle Bartoli developed her style and aesthetics of art nourished by her emotions and feelings. Initial period devoted to abstract art, inspired by the great abstract painters (Maria E. Vieira da Silva, Yves Klein, Mondrian).

Her attraction to the beauty of some street posters (advertising, event, show), gives free rein to her imagination, she improvises and reates from posters she finds on walls. She began to use more and more in her compositions, these pieces of posters, she incorporates the colors, she combines materials, text (inspired by Pollock's drippings). A new life, this time less ephemeral, paintings come to life in the hands of the artist.

Her paintings tell the ways of life, the brush is her trace, her paintings come from the heart, she undresses walls to dress her paintings, those of a passionate and fulfilled woman.

Isabelle Bartoli is an artist with a fresh eye and enormous sensibility, her art is an art that comes from the heart.
