Born in 1979, Shiva Shaffii is a French artist of Iranian origin. She lives and works in Paris.
Shiva Shaffii has several talents: mother, founder of a start-up, Courant d'art Association Director at HEC, pianist and a painter. She began her career in the field of cosmetics, which needed image control. Then she left for Argentina for several years and put her creativity at the disposal of poor populations. Once back in France, her family life became her biggest inspiration, creating works around family ties and humor.
Art allows her to express her interior frustrations without any self-censorship. Her fast paced life can be felt in her work, as Shaffi doesn't work with a model or an idea to begin with. However, the result is just mind-blowing, and shows the extreme precision and very symbolic imagination of this artist.
