Elias Adam is a Mexican artist born in 1965 who grew up and studied in the city of Puebla. He started his artistic career at the age of thirteen, he then studied architecture before becoming the pupil of Jose Lazcarro.
He practices painting as well as engraving, using mixed techniques and combining his architectural knowledge and his practice of painting. His work represents a mystical sense of great instrospection marked by a strong inner search where he juxtaposes parts of pop songs and style influences from the Renaissance painting period.
