Sylwia Avola

I am a painter of Polish origin. I have lived and worked in France for 27 years. I live in a beautiful region, in St Martin Bellevue in Haute Savoie, the place where I find inspiration for my painting. After my A3 specialty ceramic baccalaureate, I discovered the world of textiles in Lyon. It made me want to continue my studies at the School of Applied Arts and get into the business of creating patterns for textiles. After 11 years of experience in design offices, I felt the need to turn to more personal work. Today, in parallel with my work as a painter, I teach plastic arts to children and adults within different cultural and social structures.
