Carlos Cobra-Branco

Born in 1940 - Portugal

Carlos Cobra-Branco is an artist born in Portugal that today works in Paris.

Renowned sculptor and painter, Etienne Hajdu's pupil at his workshop and winner of the Bourdelle prize in 1981, which permitted him to be exhibited in this famous Parisian museum. Carlos Cobra-Branco has therefore worked marble for a long time in the Estremoz quarry. From this marble he created sensual and soft forms, sculptures to caress, which most of them are exhibited in private collections in France or aboard.

It is a universe full of integrity, with colors that deafly mix in each other to reach a deep, concise, and right language. Wealth and counting disturb and capture the eye forever.
