Ulrika Netzler (b.1988) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores feelings of lostness and wordless longing. She is driven by the notion that other realities lay silently floating just above our heads.
She is educated at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts & Design in Stockholm, and has since her degree been expanding her work to include sculpture and bookbinding as well as printmaking.
With influences from graphic novels, animation and folklore her work looks to illuminate the murkier corners of human existence through a cast of fantastical creatures and sceneries.
