Biography
My name is Rudy Dewaele and I live in Bruges, Belgium. I was born on 16/08/1958 and I am self-taught. For me it all started when I was 16 years old with painting. At the moment I am mainly involved in the production of ceramic sculptures and bronze jewelry.
In addition, I continue to improve my drawing in evening classes in figure drawing and a few years ago I followed the courses glass fusing, glasslumben and pate de Verre and a course in bronze casting. The female figure is strongly featured in my works, in addition to raw natural elements and loose fragments. Rough openwork fragments alternate with refined finished elements.
