Biography
My creations are themed and closely linked to nature: human, plant and animal.
In 2022, after a long period devoted to the plant world with Arborescences, I decided to delve deeper into the human-animal relationship, by creating my own territories: Territoires habités.
In many tribes, the animal occupied a predominant place and represented the identity of the group. I have explored this relationship through writings, films and my own close relationship with animals. I focused on the symbolism and attraction that this relationship between man and animal brought me in terms of images.
I attach great importance to the choice of values between the colours to make the painting dynamic and alive. Geometric shapes give structure. I also like to use materials that give off light, such as rhinestones and glitter powder, to create a contrast between matt and shiny.
