Biography
Damian Rucci is an Argentinian painter, born in 1977.
He began studying art at the age of nine in Buenes Aires, he then joined the prestigious school of Fine Arts in Prilidiano Pueyrredon, where he improved his young technique.
Damian also studied Scenography in Buenos Aires.
Rucci's work portrays a strong influence of the gay culture and questions the cliché of the unique feminine model by representing handsome and strong men in all his work.
Mythology, especially Greek and Pre-Colombian, are also major sources of inspiration for his paintings.
