Biography
Creation has always been in the back of my mind. I chose a second passion to ensure me, the sommellerie in the 3 Michelin stars. In love with Collioure I opened my cellar / baravin / art gallery where I exhibited my first paintings, then a short-lived gallery in winter. The many favourites of my collectors have pushed me to open a gallery for a whole season... the dream! I plan to expand by opening a 2nd cellar/workshop and gallery in Toulouse where I also plan to take advantage of the fine arts to improve my skills...to be continued... see you soon, Syl Vins.
