

Foti Fotev is a name in contemporary Bulgarian art, his natural landscapes and portraits are masterfully executed - genres in which he has undeniable achievements.
Biography
Foti Fotev was born on November of 16th, 1941 in the village of Raklitsa, district of Bourgas.
In 1976 he graduated from the National Academy of Arts - Sofia, Faculty of Fine Arts - Mural Painting, under Prof. Mito Ganovski.
Member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, section - Monumental Arts.
Member of the International Association for Plastic Arts AIAP (UNESCO).
Member of the Society of Burgas Artists.
Author's murals: "The Heroic Glory of the Bulgarian Warrior" - Slivnitsa Military Unit; "The Great Chemistry" - Chemical College, Burgas; "Botev and His Time" - Hristo Botev School, Sungurlare; Facade decorative sculptures and sgraffito for public spaces in the International Youth Center - Primorsko and Sunny Beach.
He works in the field of marine painting and portraiture.
He has over 30 solo exhibitions in the country and abroad and regularly participates in annual general and national exhibitions.
His works are owned by galleries and private collections in Bulgaria, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain and OAE.
