Madeleine Van der Knoop

Madeleine Van der Knoop is a Belgian artist who was born in 1953 in Brussels. It expresses in bronze human or animal figures taken from life. She incorporates in the modeling the perceptions that touch her: the rhythm of the animal, the mood of a model and places everything in exact proportions with very personal nuances. This is naturally the result of solid training and careful and prolonged observation of his models. For several years, she has been making creations for the Cristallerie Daum in Nancy. Daum's sculptures in crystal paste are exhibited and sold all over the world.
