The innovative “art box berlin,” founded in 2013, has become a permanent fixture on the national art scene within a very short time. The venue with a total exhibition area of 200 square metres in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand warms the soul with vibrant and inspiring art of the late 20th and 21st centuries.

Part of their charming excitement is due to the innovative programme highlighting the works of contemporary artists, but their surprisingly strong presence at important specialist exhibitions and similar events for such a young gallery contribute as well. For instance, art box berlin was represented at the Art Fair in Cologne in 2014, no more than a year after its founding. In 2015, the gallery caused a sensation with a brilliant premiere at the art KARLSRUHE. Encouraged by the positive response, we will continue these art fair activities in the coming years. The highly diversified international portfolio ranges from pop art to neo-expressionism, and the artists’ exhibits of superb quality include abstract paintings, photographs and sculptures. Regular one-person and group exhibitions ensure never-ending variety and give you the opportunity to rediscover art box berlin with every repeated visit. art box berlin sees itself as more than an attractive and top-class draw for art lovers, as significant as that is; it has also set for itself the goal of actively seeking out especially original artists with a high recognition value and introducing them to a larger audience.

We present to you an exquisite selection of special works by artists such as Petra Rös-Nickel, James Rizzi, Armin Mueller-Stahl, Mel Ramos, Andy Warhol, Salvador Ginard and many more. A very special highlight of the gallery is our presentation of the artist Devin Miles, who is highly regarded as a pioneer of contemporary German pop art. Having risen from a shooting star of the scene to one of the most important contemporary artists, he combines the elements of painting, airbrush and screen printing in his works to create a completely new, unique form of pop art. In keeping with our position as Germany’s largest Devin Miles showroom, we present a large selection of his coveted works and unique pieces.
