Pulpa Street Art Gallery 2025 – Urban Heroes was a landmark moment for contemporary urban art in Italy. Held on 21–22 November 2025 at Aurum, one of Pescara’s most vibrant cultural venues, the exhibition brought together 23 leading artists from the Pulpa network for an expansive session of live painting on canvas.
Under the theme Urban Heroes, each artist was invited to paint 20 one-metre square canvases that celebrated the unsung figures of everyday life through the language of street art. The works created live during the event became part of the Pulpa Festival itinerant gallery, an ongoing project aimed at expanding the reach of urban art beyond outdoor murals into gallery settings.
The event fused visual art with live music, food and wine, creating a lively atmosphere that connected artistic practice with community engagement. An art shop offered original works, prints, and editions by the participating artists, with opportunities for early reservation of pieces in progress.
Pulpa Street Art Gallery also featured creative workshops for children, expanding the dialogue between generations and fostering a deeper appreciation for urban artistic expression.
This exhibition marked a significant evolution in the Pulpa Festival’s mission — transforming the immediacy and energy of street art into a gallery experience, while anchoring it in a broader cultural program that resonates with local and international audiences
