“Bras-le-corps” is of course the evocation of the expression “à bras le corps”. Grab, carry with all your strength, embrace. And then the two dashes, or “hyphens”: connecting the arms to the body, connecting the head and the hand, connecting like a search for unity for Laure Bollinger; like a search for space for Ji-Yun's imagination. Both multidisciplinary artists, they exhibit here their drawings and installations. Gwennaëlle Roulleau, musician and composer in electroacoustics, will offer an improvisation on Thursday, September 6, based on the materiality of the works presented at the gallery.
