Fleur De Roeck was born in Braaschaat (Belgium) in 1992. After several years in the South of France, she graduated from the Antwerp Royal Academy in 2014.
In February 2015, Fleur De Roeck started working in a studio in the center of Antwerp, preparing work for her next shows.
