Gabi Korudzhikova

"I am an artist at heart. I graduated from the High School of Fine Arts, specializing in Metal Art, and earned my degree in Ceramics and Glass from the National Academy of Arts. However, glass is what truly runs in my veins. I have been working with it for over a decade—first as a jeweler in our family business, and for the past five years, as a sculptor.

Everything I know about glass I owe to my father. He passed down not only his skills, but also his passion for the medium, having worked with glass since his youth. Today, alongside being a professor at the National Academy of Arts, he is one of the leading glass sculptors in the field.

My other great passion is music. It has accompanied me for as long as I can remember, which is why I often strive to translate its rhythm and emotion into my visual art."
