Biography
Cédric Teisseire was born in 1968 in Grasse, he lives and works in Nice. His works stand out in the very manufacturing process. The paint he applies to his canvases is applied according to a very specific protocol: it is sometimes applied using a syringe, other times it is directly poured from the jar. Creation becomes intelligent and objective since it is detached from the artist. The colored and opaque lines on his canvases offer an abstract rendering, just like his works, almost monochromatic, from which outgrowths and fine lines emerge created with a surplus of lacquer, giving a human aspect to his work.
