Susan Kennedy

Artist Statement:

The images that I create arise both from my imagination and from my experiences travelling. I am inspired by texture, light and pattern. My travels have extended to South Africa, Thailand and Morocco. Although I am Canadian I have lived in Europe for the past ten years with my family. I am inspired by Marc Chagall and Gerard Richter, among others. I teach art to young children and adults in the community.
