A photographer who grew up in the North East of the United States, living and working in Paris, Kramer O'Neill is also a graphic designer and editor (film).
He is a member of the Fragment photography collective and has self-published many books of his photographs, considering that printing or pulling is the best way to appreciate a photograph.
