Leona Rose

Léona Rose is a contemporary French artist known for her vibrant graphic universe, teeming with tropical inspirations. Through works imbued with bright colors and exotic patterns, she explores a playful imagination influenced by pop culture and tribal art.

Passionate about drawing since a young age, Léona Rose perfected her art by exploring various pictorial techniques. Her travels around the world, particularly in Latin America and Asia, have deeply influenced her artistic approach, nourishing her aesthetic with motifs inspired by nature and traditional arts.

Working mainly in ink and acrylic, she creates compositions with dynamic lines and vibrant colors. Her works feature an imaginary bestiary and magical landscapes, oscillating between naivety and graphic sophistication. Her art is distinguished by a symbiosis between fauna, flora and stylized human figures, bringing a feeling of escape and reverie.

Léona Rose has exhibited several times at Slow Galerie in Paris, including the solo exhibition "Hi! Story" in March 2018 and various group exhibitions between 2015 and 2017. She has also participated in group exhibitions with the Chalk Custom Board collective in Madrid and Brussels. Her collaborations include projects with Instagram at Citadium, Côté Sushi for the creation of the "Jungle Box", and murals in places such as Riad Yasmine in Marrakech, the French Consulate in Marrakech Dar Moulay Ali, L'Apogée in Courchevel, Tipple and Ramble in Ojai (USA), Hootsuite in Paris and London, and Urban Campus in Madrid.
