Toshio Bando was a Japanese painter born Toshio Tamotsu Tokiwa Tokigawa Bando on July 16, 1895 in Tokushima, living in France from July 1922, belonging to the First Paris School and the Association of Japanese Painters of Paris, died in Boulogne-Billancourt on March 1ᵉʳ, 1973.
