Biography
Léa'rts Fluide, whose real name is Léa Damaggio, is a French artist born in 1976. She lives and creates near Toulouse, where she has been exploring fluid art for two years.
Trained intuitively through online videos and workshops from the Pictura and Co association, she quickly became passionate about the techniques of , in particular , , and . Her works, created with fine acrylic paint mixed with Floetrol and water, are the result of a subtle balance between mastery of gesture and freedom of movement.
Inspired by nature—flowers, the cosmos, the movement of life—as well as artists such as Rinske Douna, WinterStromArt, SheleeArt, and Corinne Audibert Bardou, Léa'rts Fluide seeks above all to evoke gentle and soothing emotions. She doesn't claim a particular message, but hopes that her paintings bring serenity and wonder to those who view them.
What fascinates her about this practice is the possibility of playing with the consistencies and opacities of colors, giving each work unexpected depths and effects. She particularly likes this element of the unexpected: each pour is a new adventure, a dialogue between gesture, material and color.
