Biography
Arthwhos, whose real name is Jules Garin, is a painter originally from Guadeloupe. Introduced to drawing and painting at a very young age by his mother and uncle, both artists, he quickly developed a keen artistic sensitivity.
A keen observer, he draws inspiration from his daily environment, exploring a wide variety of mediums—from canvas and walls to leather goods, bags, gold jewelry, textiles, and sneakers.
His deep passion for sneakers and his expertise in materials quickly led him to create bold and unique pieces, attracting the attention of renowned personalities such as Booba, Fianso, Gims, and even football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
In parallel, Arthwhos pursues a more personal artistic approach, influenced by contemporary art, pop culture, manga, and life itself. These iconic inspirations fuel his creativity, leading him through an introspective process where observation and contemplation shape each of his works.
