Ewans Rigaud

France

Biography

Ewans Rigaud sees art as a marker of time, a way for the artwork to absorb the individual in its entirety, especially in a society where time is constantly optimized and where we often forget to fully embrace it. Through his creations, he seeks to restore this richness of the present to those who are gradually drifting away from it.

His artistic work focuses on metal assembly and the creation of low-poly or faceted sculptures. He uses the light passing through these facets to bring his works to life, creating a skin that captures the environment and firmly anchors the sculpture in its designated space.

Drawing on his experience in the metallurgical industry and in cutting-edge sectors such as nuclear and aerospace, Ewans Rigaud translates his technical skills into his art, allowing him to explore forms and materials with great mastery.

His goal is to create works drawn from diverse universes, blending fantasy, mythology, and personal creations inspired by living and plant life. He also wishes to exhibit his sculptures and continue to nurture and share this artistic vision.
