Sophia Mulhem was born in 1995 in Asnières-sur-Seine. Immersed in the artistic environment from her youngest age, she is passionate about photography. At 14 years old she did her first internship photography at the studio Blaise Arnold in Paris. She studies to the Etienne Jules Marey High School Photography in Boulogne-Billancourt, then in the Business Campus in Bobigny and did many new internships. Since September 2012 Sophia Mulhem has been an apprentice at the Union of National Museums.
In 2012 her international adventure began thanks to YeaSung Gallery in Seoul. In 2013, she exhibited at the Savour Club in Paris and sold her first photograph at Drouot.
The work of Sophia Mulhem is characterized by her art of stage direction. She uses places, objects, people of her daily environment to create "photos-theater" where narrative poetry and quirky humor come together.
