Biography
Tom Harris was born in 1955 in Rouen. Inexhaustible traveler, his territory has no frontiers, although France remains his refuge.
Self-taught, he has always been passionate about photography. He has traveled his whole life, and photography is his means to capture moments in time.
Like a reporter, he has traveled the world with one goal: meeting people and cultures. This mission was to him his secret garden, an intimate part of him, personal and full of emotion.
For the past ten years, he has been painting his travel images. His paintings has multiple topics, as many as his life. His first exhibited works are a series on wild cats and the gaze.
This is the first series of a long exploration of his past and his travels.
