Etienne Chognard

After having been employed by Pathe Cinema, Canal Plus and La Cinq, after having been part of the staff of the Interpress Agency and the Kipa Agency, Etienne Chognard joins the TF1 Photo Department where, for the next fifteen years, he is part of the network's high profile events such as: Ushuaïa, the passage to the year 2000, a report on Auschwitz and the Emmy Awards in New York.

He also works as Still Photographer on various films such as "Madame Sans Gêne" by Philippe de Broca, «Jean Moulin» by Pierre Aknine, "Landru" by Pierre Boutron, "Marie Besnard" by Christian Faure as well as films by Claude Chabrol, Claude Santelli, Jean Sagols, Philippe de Broca, Daniel Duval, Arnaud Sélignac, Bernard Murat, Marc Evans, Charlotte Brandstrom, Marc Rivière, Serge Moati, Philippe Lefebvre, Christian de Challonges, Nadine Trintignant and Stéphane Clavier.

In 2009 Etienne Chognard will leave TF1 to start his own company known as CCSP together with Still Photographer Julien Cauvin. While continuing working as Still Photographer on various films and commercials, Etienne Chognard now also pursues more personal projects such as photographic portraits in the sociological and ethnological field.
