France Born in: 1973

HUMANFUEL is an artist who currently lives in Paris

During his childhood he discovered a collection of 8 small artists' books, in which he will see the work of Van Gogh, Toulouse Lautrec and Picasso, this will be his first encounter with art.

Subsequently he spent most of his summers in Los Angeles where he was imbued with American pop culture.

After having organized a first exhibition in Paris, he met with great success which made him want to go further and fully invest in his passion.

Humanfuel has adopted cans in part of his work as a material of expression, he is seduced by this object from the 80s, which is part of our daily life.

He draws his inspiration from the codes of pop art and street art where he finds his colorful universe.

Humanfuel paints in acrylic, sometimes uses stencils and proceeds to cut cans.

Painted, fragmented, recovered, recycled, cut, folded and shaped, the can, follows a new cycle of life.
