Biography
Luc Mercier is a French artist and restorer, born in 1959.
He spent ten years restoring historical momuments. fascinated by archeology, its relics and mysteries, Luc LE MERCIER was bewitched by this unknown world, filled with "ghosts" and unusual vibrations.
As an artist, he expressed his thoughts and questions by twisting and sculpting steel tubes and turning them into a "spokesperson" of emotions ,which are still present in the relics of the past.
He gives a soul to the iron, making it speak, sing and scream.
