Coming from a family of artists, a former father of Fine Arts, a self-taught painter mother, Scalarudgia spent the first 20 years of her life in Paris in the company of this mother, with undeniable talent, very marked by the cubist movement. Predispositions for drawing are revealed very early on, but will be abandoned more by reason than by choice. Scala leaves the family home at the age of 20 and becomes professionally independent, until an unexpected event turns life and benchmarks upside down, an emotional Big Bang from which we do not come out unscathed and with which we will have to learn to live differently. Scalarudgia lives in Boulogne in the heights of the Seine.
