The young painter Louis Stecken was born in Orléans in 1994. After his studies, he devoted himself solely to art in order to question the intuitions that inhabited his youthful creations. In a few months of work, the artist has developed a style of his own, which he continues to develop canvas after canvas.
First influenced by Aboriginal art, the painter then explored the geometric abstraction of Bauhaus and Orphism. In his latest works, we can see that the line becomes more flexible, more liberated, and it is the presence of street art and Jean-Michel Basquiat that is more and more felt.
Despite his lack of training and his youth, Louis Stecken made a remarkable entry into the art world; so with his insatiable desire for creation and the obvious quality of his work, it will be necessary to watch this young talent during the coming months.
These are the last remaining works by Louis Stecken.
