Biography

Born in 1946, Lao Sheng is a French artist who studied at the School of Fine Arts.

He turned to abstraction in 1965 and draws much of its inspiration from lyrical abstraction of the 50s, a movement whose main representative is painter Georges Mathieu.

His work has been exhibited at several international exhibitions in Paris, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Brussels and Marseille.
