Anne-Sophie Merat is a French artist born in Troyes in 1976. After finishing her studies in art history, she devoted herself to decoration and to the restoration of houses. In the last years, Anne-Sophie started expressing her sensibility and her taste for harmony through her paintings.
Coming from a region where the sky is often gray, she has always love and searched for light, which we can see by the multiple colors she uses in her paintings. Her painting is transcendent, her creativity flows freely and is expressed without any constraint, letting sometimes a material representation spurt out of it. The result is a harmony of colors.
