Nosbe

Originally from the south of the Parisian suburbs, Nosbé was passionate about drawing from an early age. Having lived four years in Tahiti, his line oscillates between the figurative of Oceanic art and automatic drawing.

In 2003, he began to paint with a spray can with the help of graffiti artist Shaka. They created a crew in 2005: PPA (Petites Peintures en Amis). They create "exquisite corpses" teeming with details and colors. Nosbé is also interested in creation on paper, on canvas or even on any object that can accommodate his creations: fans, helmets ... Through his focus on enigmatic compositions mixing chimeras, faces, plants and organic forms on Jean's works. Dubuffet, Robert Crumb, Premiers Arts and heavy-metal covers.

In 2010, he began painting solo and turned to creations exclusively in black and white. Today, his experience and his mural activity are in line with a concept of graffiti.
