Etienne Cendrier is a French painter, sculptor, draftsman and performer, born in 1967. He did his training in visual arts and history of art at Ecole du Louvre.
Cendrier's universe is creative and he leans on several themes: portraits, nudes, sky and flora. He creates skies in pastel and turns towards abstraction.
Etienne Cendrier received several awards for his work, these include: Prix de la Ville at the Barbizon fair in 1991, Paul-louis Weiller portrait prize in 1995. The artist was also acknowledged by galleries abroad: he exhibited in France but also Canada, USA and Poland.
