Biography
Born in the south west of France Christine Béglet lives in Toulouse. Graduated in painting from the National School of Fine Arts in Toulouse, it was in 1993 that she discovered collage and began to make her first paintings with paper.
Thousands of cut, fragmented, fragmented images are her color palette with which she composes her painting. She does not structure her collage beforehand, everything is quickly linked by the play of colors and rhythms in a kind of frenzy, one color calling out another, harmony is essential, she lets herself be guided by the pixels of colors to become the director of a chaotic world.
His collages are established in numerous individual and group exhibitions, salons, cultural centers, in private galleries, in France but also in Canada and China.
