Edu Danesi X Renaud Corlouër

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Edu Danesi has lived and worked in Belgium since 1996. A few years after graduating from the photography school of the city of Brussels, the photographer converted to painting.

Mainly self-taught, he works with several techniques such as painting, collage, drawing, graffiti and stencil on different supports such as canvas, wood, metal, body parts or simply walls... Edu believes that "The importance" is that the image speaks, it passes something, an emotion... "  

It is this mixture between the vision of the photographer and the work of the painter, with a touch of southern blood, giving the images a cocktail full of color, sensuality, poetry, provocation and positivity...

Renaud Colouer

Born in Paris in 1977, Renaud Colouer is immersed since his childhood in the fashion and art worlds. He naturally embraced the career of photographer in 1994. Very quickly, he asserts himself with a style that is his own. He conceives his work as an exchange, a will to cross the mirror to seize, understand and put in relief a personality. His photographs are both intimate and iconic. They restore the flavor, the authenticity and the complicity of a beautiful meeting.

Thanks to his status as a photographer known and recognized beyond the borders, Renaud Corlouër approaches the most fascinating personalities. The greatest stars of music, cinema, fashion and sport entrust him with much more than their image: a part of their soul. As an artist of light, he makes them shine.

In a career spanning more than twenty years, he has created a series of poster campaigns, magazine covers and record sleeves. During his numerous travels: in the United States, throughout Asia, in Cuba, in Brazil or in the middle of the red sands of Africa, he creates ethnic portraits that are striking in their humanity and emotion.

His exhibitions attract a growing audience, and private collectors are snatching up his "photographic paintings".
