Biography
Composer, musician, Jacopo Baboni Schilingi is moreover a complete artist who has chosen music as basis of his art, that he practices in an eclectic and atypical way. Champion of contemporary music, he was always looking for new musical technologies including traditional musical instruments but also modern technology like computers and computer assisted compositions.
His work was recognized many times by prestigious rewards and his creations played from soloists to greatest orchestras. He worked for movie industry and wrote music for movies.
Then, Jacopo extended his range by adding to his music, calligraphy and photography.
Jacopo wrote his music directly and without error on his models' skin. His partitions are either directly played by musicians or pictured and printed by old techniques like carbon transfer or by all modern technology like interactivity between pictures and films
