Lithuanian artist Vidmantas Jusionis was born in 1961. in Vilnius. He studied at various art institutions, including the Vilnius Institute. In his works, V. Jusionis mainly focuses on monumental construction and emotional expression of color planes. He also experiments with surrealistic elements and creates phantasmagorical metaphors. His work combines aesthetics with controversial content, provoking reflection on human existence, breaking stereotypes. Jusionis paints a diverse composition of symbols, based on the images of various countries, and color combinations that remind us of stained glass.
