Presentation

Mexican architect graduated from the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, originally from Salamanca, Guanajuato where he was born on May 27, 1970, the path of life led him to the state of Tabasco, where he has grown and developed professionally.

Always active and without being able to stop, he seeks to be able to capture his dreams, desires and thoughts in the works he does, amazed at Mexican art, which is why he seeks to integrate native elements of his in some of his works so that they are merged with them.

Life sometimes takes you down unexpected paths, and definitely puts you to the test, this is how I start the elaboration of his works, I would not want to call them "Bonsai" due to all the regulatory and cultural context that this assignment denotes, being a martial artist , perfectly understands the scope of an oriental culture, for him they are miniature trees that represent a specific theme that is sometimes in union with some autochthonous element.

Thinking that it all started with a simple idea, transmitting emotions and feelings in something tangible and lasting, where the most wonderful thing that exists, "Nature", can be represented, trees being the best expression of this is how the project arises. «VeKrea», which is a letter game of the names of the most important people in your life.

There is no real separation between VeKrea and Arturo Urbina, we are the same, only he does not want to leave only his name embodied in his works, he wants to leave an identity that represents everything for him.

They usually ask him how he does it, and I think the best answer is, without going into technical terms, with a lot of patience.

In his work you will find hours of dedication, dedication, patience, feelings, in addition to all the time it took him to capture the idea, make the preliminary project, the design, the search for the ideal materials for a good base, all this makes VeKrea "The art of nature in your hands"

Everything I am is thanks to his family, it is the engine that drives him to move forward, it is the basis of his ideas and feelings, it is the very concept of this project called Vekrea.
