Biography

Jaremi Picz, born in 1955, is a renowned Polish painter, sculptor, and graphic artist recognized for his dynamic and immersive compositions centered around the concept of the "epicenter." His work masterfully blends abstraction with cosmic themes, drawing viewers into a world of energy, movement, and intuition. 

Throughout his career, Picz has received numerous honors, including the Medal of Gloria Artis, the Decoration of Honor Meritorious for Polish Culture by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of Poland, and the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of Poland. His artistic achievements have earned him international recognition, including the nomination for Caravaggio Award in Milan and a finalist position in The Best Artist in Contemporary Art competition in Kyiv. 

His work has been showcased in prestigious galleries and international art fairs worldwide, including ART Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, Joie de Vivre in Menaggio, Lake Como (solo exhibition), Société des Artistes Indépendants at the Grand Palais in Paris (solo exhibition), PAKS Gallery in Munich (solo exhibition), Galeria N 69 – ART-Barbakan Foundation in Warsaw (solo exhibition), and the Munich Airport Exhibition (2024). He has also collaborated with the Austrian PAKS Gallery, leading to exhibitions in Vienna, Hubertendorf Castle, and the Cannes Biennale, as well as with the Italian Tablinum Art Management, which resulted in exhibitions at the New York Art Fair and Palazzo Bembo in Venice. Picz continues to participate in prestigious exhibitions globally, including recent events at Galeria Espace 22 in Monaco (2022), Galerie Manes in Prague (2023), and Parco e Museo del Volo in Italy (2023-2024). 

His upcoming exhibitions include Licht Bilder (Light Images) in Munich (October - November 2024), Art Capital at the Grand Palais in Paris (February 2025), and ENKI Institut GmbH in Bonn (December 2024 - March 2025), as well as Kunsthaus Zürich in Zurich (April - May 2025), Berlin Art Week in Berlin (September 2025), and the Biennale Internazionale dell'Arte Contemporanea in Florence (October 2025). 

Jaremi Picz's artistic legacy continues to expand, shaping the landscape of contemporary art, with his work serving as a testament to the power of abstraction, energy, and cosmic exploration.
