Biography
Spanish sculptor, graduated in Fine Arts in Complutense University of Madrid in 2001. He got a studies diploma (DEA) by UCM in 2003. He was, with other emerging artist, the foundator of Group 99, whose manifest exalted traditional art values. There is a huge difference between sculpture and painting. Sculpture fights with the space around and tries to find its place on it. Carlos Albert considers that sculpture and drawing share characteristics. He makes his pieces to be three-dimensional drawings using iron. Shapes in the emptiness seem to be alive. His professional career is included on abstract art.
