Biography
Janka is an artist born in Poland who lives and works in France since 1993. She was awarded a diploma at the Arts Academy of Lodz, her hometown. She expresses herself essentially through painting but also through scupture and drawing.
Her paintings are colourful and exude joy. They pretend to be naive. They take us back into a world of childhood dreams, allowing us to travel and to escape from our adult reality. Janka's oils are poetic and sensitive, often inspiring our emotional life and our dreams. Her paintings blurr the boundaries of art often leaving us with a tribal feeling.
