Coming from the realm of graffiti and urban art, Falgàs considers the issues that surround this fashion, as well as its most fundamental characteristic as transitory art and on the need for each individual to leave a trace, as in its most contentious meanings.
Falgàs's artwork comprises of graffiti-inspired prints, markings, and trace elements. He produces layers by superimposing many spontaneously drawn spots and strokes, commenting on the transitory nature of graffiti itself as they simultaneously create a new form and censor the earlier ones.
Since he was a teenager, Miquel Falgàs (Reus, 1993) has intervened in the public realm on several occasions through graffiti and mural painting. He has also shown his work in a number of venues between Tarragona and Valencia.
