Biography
Born in 1963, he received extensive training and experience at the Shahab Mousavi atelier in Teheran while he was student. AD began painting in his early twenties, though his career as a painter was stalled since he could not find a subject that truly interested him.
In 1985 he moved to Germany and graduated in technical drawing. In 1992 he started his career in the German industry as a technical designer. Between 2000 and 2002 he lived in Paris, began oil painting and started out developing different painting techniques (calligraphy, still life) and participated in 2002 to his first exhibition along the Seine in Rueil Malmaison (92).
In 2003 he moved to Geneva and began acrylic painting and has become a passionate and active artist. His subjects span a broad area of interest including figure painting, architecture, landscapes, with a special interest in Tuscany landscapes.
