Fabien Gäng

Fabien was born in Montreux in 1972 and has been drawing passionately since early childhood. He paints his first oils at the age of 12. He attends the School of Fine Arts in Sion, attends classes at Ceruleum in Lausanne. His numerous visits to the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, Beaubourg and the Hermitage in St. Petersburg have constantly encouraged him to deepen his pictorial research. Today he presents a very accomplished and rich body of work.

This Swiss painter is marked by the great masters of the history of art, mainly by the avant-gardists of the beginning of the 20th century. The influence of the great precursors of the end of the 19th century, then those of the 20th century, certainly leave their mark on his work. Today, after having been nourished by them, Fabien has detached himself from them to create a very personal and striking style; already present in private collectors in France, England, Germany, Spain, the United States and Switzerland.
