Hakan Esmer

Hakan Esmer was born in 1973 in Vakfikebir, province of Trabzon in the black sea region of Turkey. He lives and works in Eskisehir. Esmer graduated from the Karadeniz University, from the artistic education department in 1994. He followed this up with a masters degree at the Social Science institute from the Anadolu University and worked as research assistant in the painting department of the Fine Arts faculty at the Anadolu Univerity. He gave lessons on artistic education, mural, stained glass painting techniques. He quit his job at the University and devoted himself to artistic creation, 2012 onward.

Hakan Esmer has done about 42 important exhibitions, including the Antalya painting festival, the International visual arts festival in Tunisia, The National fair of Fine Arts in Paris. He was awarded 15 times during these exhibitions.
